  • Price Confirmation and Contract: Once we finalize the details of your haul, we will provide you with a comprehensive contract and an invoice for a 50% deposit. Upon signing the contract and returning it, your booking will be confirmed.

  • Ensuring Horse Health and Documentation: We require proof of vaccines and brand inspections to ensure the safety and compliance of your horse during transport. 

  • Convenient Pickup: Our team will arrive at the agreed location to pick up your horse, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

  • Real-time Updates: Throughout the journey, we will keep you informed with text updates, images, and videos of your horse, so you can stay connected and reassured.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% payment can be conveniently made via the invoice before drop-off at the final destination.
